BSG Competition IDPA Set Up

I called to consult BSG customer service and the rep steered me to the correct compliment of belt, holster and mag holders for my S&W MP9mm 2.0 Competition pistol. A Perfect Fit for the Canik Mete SFX (Great for Competition too)!

The Black Scorpion Pro Competition Holster for the Canik METE SFX is a fantastic option for competition shooters. Here are a few of the highlights of the key features as well as a minor drawback:

Pros:

Perfect Fit: The holster is meticulously molded to fit the METE SFX snugly and this ensures a secure draw and helps prevent any unwanted movement (especially while moving or doing USPSA or other competitions).

Customizable Draw Angle: The adjustable cant allows you to find your ideal draw angle, optimizing your shooting technique. This is easy to dial in and with the adjustment of a few screws, you're all set and good to go.

Quality Materials: The holster is crafted from a durable Kydex and I have zero concerns with the longevity of this product nor the performance and protection for your firearm.

Con:

Lack of Leg Strap loop: While the holster does offer excellent retention for the gun's body, a leg strap would help provide additional security for the lower portion, preventing any upward movement during the draw.

Of course the above is purely preference and others may find it to be perfect for their needs.

Overall:

The Black Scorpion Pro Competition Holster is an excellent choice for my Canik METE SFX and anyone who wants a secure, comfortable, and customizable holster for competition shooting.
