Returns and exchanges
We want you happy with your gear. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.
30-day returns
Return any unused holster within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We provide a prepaid return label, so it costs you nothing to send it back.
How to start your return:
1. Access your account HERE
2. Enter the email address you used to place your order. We will send you a 6-digit code by email.
3. Enter the code to sign in. No password needed.
4. From your order history, click on the order that has the item you want to return.
5. Click "Request return."
6. Check the box next to the item or items you're returning, and pick a reason from the dropdown.
7. Click "Submit request."
Within 48 hours of receiving your request, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Please wait for that email before sending the item back.
After 30 days, the order is only covered under warranty. No refunds or exchanges.
Ordering or shipping problems
If we sent the wrong item or your order was damaged in shipping, contact us within 30 days and we will fix it.
Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the result. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Restocking fees (15%)
A 15% restocking fee applies to:
- Custom color and limited edition holsters (see list below)
- Items returned with signs of wear, missing hardware, or missing original packaging
Not refundable
- Gift cards
- Special orders and custom-made products
International orders
International returns are accepted, but return shipping is not free. International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
