The products are excellent and high quality and when I had a question or a product problem that needed a fix I reached a real person and received great service. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is they can do a better job or providing the information you need to assemble belts, make holster adjustments etc. none of it is complicated but the tolerances between belt and holster as an example are extremely tight. Provided information and a how to link would be a great customer service add

Bought for my 12 yr old for USPSA

Bought the Canik SFx Rival - S Pro Ball Joint Competition Holster for my 12 yr old shooting USPSA. Finding a holster that is adjustable enough for my youngster was difficult but this one fit the bill! If it can adjust to him I'm betting it can adjust to anyone! quality control issue

Your customer support is very good. Your team expediently answered emails and phone calls to rectify issues. But, very disapointed that the holes you drilled in the orignaly sent kydex holser were not positioned properly to mount the ball joint screws. You did quickly send a replacement holster but the holes in it were also off and it took time to finally attach the hardware in what I consider a sub optimal way. I will use the holster and hope it stays together. Seems you need better quality control on the process and maybe the template you are using to drill holes is not ideal.
