Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear for a full refund, no questions asked. Returns requested after 30 days are only eligible for a replacement of the same item.
- Custom color holsters and Limited Edition holsters/combos are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Items not returned in original condition (e.g., signs of wear, missing hardware or packaging) are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Gift cards, special orders, and custom-made products are non-refundable.
- International orders are not eligible for free returns.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
Exchanges
We will replace any holster found to be defective or damaged for the life of the holster. Simply return the defective/damaged holster to us, and we will send out a replacement.
Ordering & Shipping Issues
If you need to exchange your holster due to an ordering error or shipping issue, please initiate the exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
